Warranty Policy

At K9Move, we stand behind the quality of our products. All treadmills come with a limited warranty designed to protect you from manufacturing defects and ensure your dog’s fitness equipment works reliably.


1. Warranty Coverage

K9Move provides a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty parts or components

  • Electrical or mechanical failures (if applicable)

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chipping)

  • Damage caused by pets, environment, or shipping after delivery


2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours with a solution.


3. Remedies Under Warranty

If your treadmill is found to be defective under warranty, K9Move will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the treadmill or part

  • Replace the treadmill or part with a new or refurbished unit

  • Issue a refund (in rare cases where repair or replacement is not possible)

Shipping for warranty replacements is covered by K9Move.


4. Limitations

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required to validate all claims.

  • The warranty does not extend to any products purchased from unauthorized sellers.


5. Additional Notes

  • K9Move may require the return of the defective product or parts before issuing a replacement or refund.

  • Always follow the included setup and usage instructions to ensure the treadmill is used safely.
