1. Warranty Coverage
K9Move provides a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery covering:

Electrical or mechanical failures (if applicable)
This warranty does NOT cover:

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or misuse

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chipping)

Damage caused by pets, environment, or shipping after delivery
2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

3. Remedies Under Warranty
If your treadmill is found to be defective under warranty, K9Move will, at our discretion:

Replace the treadmill or part with a new or refurbished unit

Issue a refund (in rare cases where repair or replacement is not possible)
Shipping for warranty replacements is covered by K9Move.
4. Limitations

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required to validate all claims.

The warranty does not extend to any products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
